Just tried picking the lock on the box. The paper clip I used was too weak, so it broke off. It seems I really need a key to unlock it.

    you should try the key from the other lockbox that would not open.

    @littleblackbox about 1:50 you find a larger lockbox inside of a desk, they key didnt seem to do anything there..

    That key was stuck and it was probably too big for the black box anyways
